Foxtail Millet, Little Millet, Finger Millet, Split Green Gram, Green Dal, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Refined Palmolein Oil, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Coriander, Curry Leaves, Mint Leaves, Onion Powder.

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat a pressure cooker on medium flame and add 1–2 tablespoons of ghee or vegetable oil.
2. Add 1 cup of Millet Khichdi mix, stir well, and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add 3.5–4 cups of water, mix well, and secure the lid. Cook until 4 whistles and turn off the heat. Let the pressure release naturally.
